Eligibility & entry

Eligibility:
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom and European Union who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of PartydoosMedia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:
To participate in the giveaway, entrants must do the following on any one (1) of the supported platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X (formerly Twitter)):

• Like the official giveaway post;
• Follow the official PartydoosMedia account on the respective platform;

Each user may enter only once per platform.
Bonus Entry: If an entrant tags another user in their comment, their entry will be counted twice. Multiple bonus entries (i.e., multiple tagged users) will not increase chances beyond one (1) bonus entry per person.

Entry Period:
The promotion begins upon publication of the giveaway post and ends at 23:59 BST on June 6th, 2025. Any entries submitted after this deadline will not be valid or considered.

prize & winner selection

Prize Description:
There are a total of three (3) discount vouchers available to be won. Each prize consists of a 10% discount voucher redeemable at PartydoosMedia for any order with a minimum order value of £40 (GBP). The voucher:

• Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions;
• Is valid for one-time use only;
• Must be redeemed by August 30th, 2025, 23:59 BST;
• Is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and holds no monetary value.

Winner Selection:
Three (3) winners will be selected at random from the pool of valid entries submitted across all platforms. Winners will be drawn on June 7th, 2025, and notified via direct message (DM) on the platform through which they entered.

There is no guarantee that a winner will be selected from each platform; all entries are pooled together. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, or is found to be ineligible, this winner will be disqualified and is not eligible for the discount voucher.

Misc:

Right to Modify or Cancel:
PartydoosMedia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway, including these terms and conditions, without prior notice in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Disqualification:
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, violating these terms, submitting multiple entries through fraudulent means, or otherwise acting in a disruptive or dishonest manner.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartydoosMedia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in this giveaway or from your acceptance or use of any prize.

Data Protection:
All personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the PartydoosMedia Privacy Policy. Entrants may request access to or deletion of their data at any time.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
